We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and managing cash transactions. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**

  • Greet and engage with customers, answer questions, and take orders

  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register

  • Maintain a clean and organized server area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

  • Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, such as MobileBytes

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Provide food and beverage recommendations to customers

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling practices

  • Perform other duties as required by management

**Experience**

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality

  • Knowledge of food industry practices and standards

  • Experience with cash handling and cash registers

  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

  • Experience with retail math and cash handling

  • Basic math skills

  • Familiarity with food handling practices and regulations

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
