Description

Think Company operates in the United States as a remote-first company, with potential for as-needed travel associated with client needs. As such, please consider this a remote (work-from-home) position. Please note that Thinkers are expected to operate within Eastern Standard Time Zone business hours.

This position is a 100% staffing role, meaning the selected candidate will be fully embedded within a client organization rather than working on Think Company studio projects or teamsThe individual will report directly to a manager at the client organization and will be managed day-to-day within the client's structure. While they will have access to Think Company resources, benefits, and community support, they may not work directly with other Think Company employees during the engagement.

This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - however, It may be negotiated as an hourly role. Hourly compensation will align with the equivalent annual salary range of $85K - $110K.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our client team at Think Company.

This role supports a long-term staffing engagement with one of our strategic client partners where you will design intuitive, impactful, and scalable digital experiences that align user needs with business goals. As a senior member of the design team, you will lead initiatives that span complex user journeys and product families, collaborating with stakeholders to shape experiences that deliver measurable value.

What you'd do

  • Design and deliver complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components that create cohesive, accessible, and impactful experiences across digital platforms while applying established brand standards and guidelines
  • Develop user experience and interface architecture strategies that support scalable design and product growth
  • Lead cross-family and multi-stream design initiatives that align UX goals with business and marketing objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and analytics—to define priorities, scope features, and translate insights into actionable design solutions
  • Collaborate with research and data teams to incorporate qualitative and quantitative findings into the design process, ensuring solutions are grounded in user evidence
  • Use experimentation, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design direction, validate design decisions, and improve product performance
  • Analyze market trends, OKRs, competitive analyses, and user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles that evolve alongside business goals and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX processes, standards, and best practices across teams
  • Mentor and support junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and training in UX methodologies and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships across departments to promote collaboration and elevate the role of UX in decision-making and strategy

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in user experience or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design, human-computer interaction, or related creative/technical field
  • Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with strong proficiency in modern, collaborative design tools (e.g., Figmaor similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to connect design strategies to business objectives and performance metrics
  • Experience collaborating with research, analytics, and development teams to create data-informed, testable design solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional alignment
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Salary Description
$85K to $110K per year
