Client location and schedule hours:

Client located in the Franklin area. The schedule is Mondays, tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

Goals: Walk with client on ALL transfers. STAY BUSY Assist to toilet but offer standby to allow for privacy. Assist client with cast cover & into shower & offer standby. Offer to help with dressing. Prepare & serve light breakfast , prepare & serve light lunch , Remind to stay hydrated. Light housekeeping (always keep kitchen clean). Change bed linens as needed. Assist client with exercises and/or walk around house with her for exercise. Offer to help her water plants. CG may assist family & client to Dr appts or errands in her vehicle. May accompany client to church at the Temple on Sundays when she is able. Assist client with organizing household items.

Schedule weekly to start is Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri, Sunday. 8:30a-2:30p

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member

Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language

Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance

Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks

Consent to drug and alcohol testing

TB test

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this local office.
