Location: DFW aera. Office is east Dallas

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities for HVAC installations and service.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

· Conduct site assessments and provide customized HVAC solutions.

· Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:

· Proven sales experience, in HVAC or related industries.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Previous experience working in commission-based sales is a plus.
