We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Truck Repair Service Advisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing on-the-road truck repairs and maintenance. Your energetic approach will ensure efficient communication between customers, technicians, and parts departments, helping to deliver prompt, reliable service. You will coordinate repair orders, provide expert advice on vehicle issues, and promote additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of mobile truck repair, ensuring trucks are back on the road safely and swiftly.

Shifts

  • 7am-3pm
  • 2:30pm -11pm
  • 11pm-7am

Skills

  • Proven dealership experience with strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems
  • Extensive service technician experience with expertise in automotive repair including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, suspension, tire service, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, alignments, and auto body work
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in auto estimating software and service writing to accurately document repairs and generate invoices
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling automotive services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
  • Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience in various automotive systems
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on automobile sales when applicable
  • Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
