Oversee the successful deployment of integrated or stand-alone releases into SAS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and robust rollback procedu
  • res.Proactively monitor SAS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Outlook for alerts, troubleshoot issues, and restore services promptly, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Creating real-time integrations using API between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Teradata, SAS, AEP,
- and AWS;Automating the transfer of large data files to internal and external systems via SFTP
- and s3;Developing and configuring journeys, automated workflows, and email campaigns within the Salesforce Marketin
- g Cloud;Monitoring system health and ensuring automated jobs are running without failure and assisting in outage recovery when they do f
