Customer Service Representative to support our business-to-business (B2B) sales operations in the plumbing and heating industry. This role combines customer service, order management, and inside sales support for contractors, distributors, and commercial customers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide B2B customer service and sales support for plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical product lines
  • Enter and manage sales orders, pricing requests, lead times, and product availability
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, invoicing, and delivery status
  • Provide basic technical assistance and product guidance
  • Resolve order discrepancies, invoicing issues, and expediting requests
  • Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Support inside sales efforts by maintaining accurate records and ongoing customer communication

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales support preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience or knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems is a plus

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
