About the Job

The Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of marketing and Experience Analysts within the Experience, Brand and Marketing organization. This people leader is responsible for managing a highly engaged team while navigating members on their career progression through coaching and feedback. They work in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of quality work products.

Essential Functions:

  • Leading team members in achieving the department's stated objectives.
  • Providing analytical insights to large and often complex initiatives.
  • Executing best in class analytics within Marketing and Experience Analytics such as segmentation, attribution, targeting, campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
  • Equip team members with the analytical knowledge and skills to inform the prioritization of deliverables and trade off decisions to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Partnering with senior leaders to integrate analytics into Experience and Marketing business decisions
  • Influence business areas on how to effectively use analytics to solve Experience and Marketing business issues
  • Translate firmwide messaging to ensure functional understanding and change management
  • Accountable the appropriate analytical approach for maximizing the impact of marketing and experience
  • Responsible for translating department strategy into execution and implementation
  • Personnel decisions include performance reviews, hiring selection and necessary training

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years relevant prior experience required in areas such as Marketing Analytics, ROI Measurement, Attribution and Mix Modeling, Segmentation
  • Experience in quantitative or STEM field
  • 3+ years of people leadership preferred

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Master's Degree preferred

Business Acumen:

  • Applies broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive financial performance

Leadership:

  • Manages one or more generally homogeneous groups; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives

Problem Solving:

  • Identifies and solves complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department

Impact:

  • Guided by division group or division business plans; Impacts the division results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies; Makes decisions and mitigates situations that carry a high degree of risk to a division, including client service, firm culture, regulatory compliance with applicable employment laws and firm policy and monetary impact Interpersonal

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Persuades managers and leaders/General Partners to take action and/or negotiates with external partners/vendors/customers
