Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled certified NSF 49 HEPA Certifier Biomed to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that biomedical equipment meets the necessary safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, with a focus on maintaining and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections and certifications of HEPA filtration systems in compliance with NSF 49 standards.
- Certification of BSC's, CFH's, LFH's, Cleanrooms, Etc...
- Conduct surface sampling.
- Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to perform maintenance and repairs on biomedical equipment.
- Interpret schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, calibrations, and repairs in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of certifications and repairs.
- Provide field service support, including on-site evaluations and equipment assessments.
Requirements
- Must have a current NSF 49 Certificate.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools effectively.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in equipment repair and calibration is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
