Depo Auto Care is a rapidly growing auto repair and tire shop serving the South Charlotte community. We take pride in our excellent customer service, strong employee retention, and flexible scheduling. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team and help us continue building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide estimates and explain repair or maintenance services clearly and honestly
  • Follow up with customers on pending estimates, repairs, and service recommendations
  • Maintain organized customer records and ensure accurate data entry into our system
  • Adhere to company sales processes and workflow systems with precision
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates and smooth communication
  • Support shop operations, including scheduling and service intake

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Español ) preferred—most customers are Spanish-speaking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow‑through habits
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑volume environment
  • Previous automotive or sales experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven
