We are expanding and looking for a career-minded ambitious dispatcher to lead and grow our Regional Flatbed Freight division at our Brookville, PA office. Accelerated training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

Support all members of the Regional Dispatch Team.

Assist Load Planners in managing shipment orders from customers vis phone, fax, email or load boards.

Review data trends for assigned areas of responsibility.

Interact with current customers; Find new customers/business.

Support a team of experienced drivers, building trust, accountability and motivation.

Collaborate with internal teams: Safety, Maintenance, HR, Payroll and Accounting.

What We're Looking For:

Prior dispatching experience, preferred

Adaptability to changing schedules

Strong problem-solving, logistical planning and time management skills.

Assertive nature with excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Strong computer skills, experience with TMS (preferred).
