We are seeking an Overnight Detail Supervisor tojoin our accomplished team of professional Detailers. The ODS will beresponsible for maintaining the quality of our fleet while managing the detailteam during the overnight shifts. This role ensures that all cleaning tasks arecompleted efficiently and to company standards. Under the directsupervision of the Detail and Facilities Supervisor, the individual isresponsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA vehicles -Sedans, SUVs, Shuttle Buses, and Motorcoach Buses (occasionally). The supervisor must hold a CDL, as you will supportthe team with cleaning, transporting, and dumping the buses as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ​ · Supervise the overnightdetail team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned on time and meet RMA standards.·  Create a Detail scheduleto ensure adequate coverage throughout the night shift·  Train new employees inproper cleaning and detail techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols.·   Inspect completed work toensure it meets company standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.·  Maintain inventory ofcleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure they are used safely and correctly.·  Drive CDL vehicles intowash bays to get cleaned.·  Drive Motor Coach buses toour Forestville Location to get dumped as needed·   Address employee concernsand provide coaching and performance feedback as needed.·  Reviewing and approvingemployee hours and time.·  Hand washing vehiclesassuring all vehicles receive the care they require.·  Cleaning interiorincluding vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glasscleaning.·   Other duties as assigned Requirements ·  CDL Class A or B·  Strong organizational andtime -management skills·  Ability to lead and motivate a team·  Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills·  Ability to work overnight shifts Benefits Dental, Vision, 401k     Location: Rockville, Maryland 20852
