Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States Classic Rock Fabrication Full time

Shape success — and stone — with Classic Rock Fabrication.

At Classic Rock, we take pride in turning raw stone into beautiful, lasting surfaces for homes and businesses across the region. We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Manager to lead our fabrication floor operations and keep our production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

If you thrive on building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering top-quality results every day, this is your opportunity to lead a skilled crew in an environment that values precision, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily production operations across departments — from programming and CNC machining to fabrication, quality inspection, and receiving.
  • Lead and mentor Production Shift Supervisors and their teams to meet production goals while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs for on-time, on-spec delivery.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive efficiency by implementing process improvements and optimizing equipment performance.
  • Maintain open communication across departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing production or operations in a manufacturing or fabrication setting (stone, cabinetry, or construction materials experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

What You'll Gain

  • A leadership role with real impact — you'll see your team's craftsmanship come to life in every finished piece.
  • Support from a collaborative leadership team that values innovation and integrity.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Opportunities for growth within a company built on excellence and respect.

Our goal is to make working with our team as exceptional as the products we create.

Join Classic Rock Fabrication — where craftsmanship, teamwork, and leadership come together to build something lasting.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in stone fabrication or working with CNC machinery is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in production processes, scheduling, and team leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management skills — able to motivate and guide teams across multiple departments.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to balance schedules, resources, and staffing needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly and effectively on the production floor.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and production management tools for tracking performance and workflow.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming, machine operations, and maintenance best practices.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, ensuring expectations, goals, and feedback are well understood.
  • Ability to analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvement.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
