Here, you'll collaborate with forward-thinking colleagues to deliver world-class research and analysis for Visa and its clients.
As a member of Global Marketing Insights & Analytics, you'll support the Marketing Services Delivery group and other marketing teams, delivering expert solutions tailored to diverse client needs. Together, we turn data into opportunity, vision into impact, and possibility into reality.

- Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives (primary and secondary) to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and trends. Translate complex analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Drive measurable influence by proactively shaping strategic decision-making and marketing outcomes—leveraging insights to inform and align cross-functional teams, amplify the effectiveness of integrated solutions, and demonstrate clear value through attributable business impact.
- Provide guidance for optimizing campaigns, content, and customer journeys based on measurement results.
- Create a commercial approach on selling data-driven measurement solutions that quantify ROI and outcomes, using a consultative strategy to optimize investments and showcase incremental value, enabling clients to make confident decisions and achieve sustained growth.
- Develop, centralize, and optimize scalable, commercially viable global research and analytics capabilities, creating and refining offerings, frameworks, and tools to achieve cost efficiencies and consistency, and unlocking revenue potential in individual markets.
- Measure and communicate the impact of client engagements, including supporting surveys (e.g., Market Service Client Survey, PECS) and reporting, analyzing incremental payment volume, and building internal support through showcasing tangible results.
- Collaborate with regional and VCA teams to tailor and integrate Client Insights & Analytics solutions into Visa's VIK model, harmonizing best-in-class offerings that meet the unique needs of each region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and client-facing business teams to drive awareness, adoption, and excellence in client-facing solutions.
- Demonstrate and continuously advance expertise in contemporary research methodologies by introducing innovative approaches to enhance Visa's insights and analytics capabilities.
