Located within the historic Frederick MD, the Pop Shop offers a fun and nostalgic experience featuring a wide selection of craft sodas, floats, and other sweet treats. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests of all ages and providing exceptional service that reflects the lively and community-oriented spirit of Downtown

We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. If you enjoy engaging with people, working in a dynamic setting, and being part of a small team that values quality and friendliness, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Prepare sodas, floats, and other menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and workspace
  • Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the day
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Availability to work days, weekends and evenings
