Requirements/Preferred Experience:
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) Division
  • To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working full-time as an NP/PA in otolaryngology
  • Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
Position Details
  • Full-time salaried position with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule at SRS Otay Ranch (one hour for lunch)
  • 100% outpatient
  • Provide additional patient access with new patient and follow-up visits  
  • Minor procedures including biopsy and excise lumps, bumps in head and neck, control epistaxis, steroid injection to middle ear, nasal endoscopy with debridement, etc.
  • No call, no weekends, and no after-hours work

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
