Job Summary

Weilu Fresolone Atelier is seeking a creative and organized individual to support both our marketing and day-to-day store operations in our Greenwich, Connecticut atelier. This role combines creativity with hands-on management — perfect for someone who loves social media, storytelling, and the behind-the-scenes rhythm of a designer bridal house.

You'll work closely with our founder to manage social content, assist with client appointments, oversee the studio environment, and ensure the atelier runs smoothly each day. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow with a boutique luxury brand where every detail and experience matters.

Founded in 2021, Weilu Fresolone Atelier is a designer bridal brand based in Greenwich, CT. Each gown is handcrafted in our atelier, blending timeless artistry with modern refinement. Designer Weilu Fresolone creates each collection with care and intention, offering brides an unforgettable experience the moment they step into their dress.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily social media content creation — capture photos/videos, write captions, and schedule posts aligned with the brand aesthetic.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including email newsletters, event promotions, and partnerships.
  • Support day-to-day store operations — maintain the showroom, manage appointments, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Help organize samples, coordinate logistics for fittings, and support trunk shows or photo shoots.
  • Track inventory and assist with small administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the designer to bring the brand's creative vision to life across digital and in-person touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of style and aesthetic awareness; an eye for photography, composition, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms; basic experience with Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to wear many hats.
  • Experience in fashion, bridal, retail, or creative marketing is a plus.
