Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, with a focus on software troubleshooting, computer management, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and providing solutions to technical issues.

Duties

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Troubleshoot software problems and perform necessary repairs or escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage computer systems, including desktop support and mobile devices.
  • Assist with network administration tasks, including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP management.
  • Utilize tools such as SCCM for software deployment and BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
  • Maintain Active Directory for user account management and Group Policy Object (GPO) configurations.
  • Conduct analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
  • Collaborate with team members using communication skills to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Support customers by providing clear guidance and assistance in a friendly manner.

Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as DNS, LAN, TCP, and Meraki is preferred.
  • Experience with help desk operations and customer service is essential.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including desktop hardware, operating systems, and network administration is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess problems effectively and provide solutions.

Pay: $ $39.86 per hour
