Global Investigations Project Manager

Join Prosegur in an exciting new role as a Global Investigations Project Manager in Fremont, CA. We're seeking a

highly motivated and self-driven individual who is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Global Investigations Project Manager will work with functional and cross-functional teams across the company to support the development of policies and procedures that enable Global Security teams to provide a safe and secure work environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the safety and success of our clients and their guests.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops and helps maintain policies and procedures that support the Global Security team.
  • Assists functional leads in meeting their business process management requirements and needs.
  • Works cross-functionally to assist in managing the global ethics helpline.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives related to investigations and ethical conduct.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training on investigative procedures and security awareness.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Fluency in English Required; additional languages a plus.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Must have strong work ethic, be self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skills, and be team oriented.

Preferred Experience

  • B.S./B.A. Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Global Security experience preferred, especially pertaining to managing global projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a team player
