Boutique-concierge personal injury firm known for exceptional client service and communication, is seeking a Lead Intake & New Client Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This key position serves as the first point of contact for new clients and ensures that every interaction reflects our firm's concierge-level service. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, empathetic, and organized, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and web inquiries
  • Manage the new client intake process from initial inquiry through signed representation
  • Gather and input client and case information accurately into the case management system
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track leads and follow up to ensure no client opportunity is missed
  • Provide general office administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, confident, and compassionate phone manner is essential
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in a law firm, customer service, or sales environment preferred but not required
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience, with opportunity for growth and advancement.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
