Our client is looking for an experienced Procurement Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and long-term value across procurement. In this role, you'll manage enterprise-level programs, optimize sourcing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen procurement strategy and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage strategic procurement programs that enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track program success.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and business units to ensure initiatives support enterprise priorities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership for process improvement and organizational design.
  • Facilitate executive presentations, strategic workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Drive Lean initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and integrate innovative solutions into procurement operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, program management, or consulting.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to create business cases and data models to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence senior leaders.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certification
  • 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or strategic program management
