Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED Real Estate Agents to join our fast paced and growing dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role has FREE LEADS and a great commission structure to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
Responsibilities
- Work the FREE LEADS or bring in your own leads to guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage property listings, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting open houses.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
Qualifications
- VALID CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of real estate law, property management practices, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
