About the Role

Insight Global is seeking an
Application Developer
to join a leading oil and gas company in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on
building and enhancing business applications
using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including
Power Apps
,
Power Pages
, and
Power Automate
. You will work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that bridge data gaps, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using
    Power Platform
    tools.
  • Automate business processes and integrate fragmented data from spreadsheets and other sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications and develop new tools to support business needs.
  • Document processes and provide training for end-users as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology
    ,
    Engineering
    ,
    Business
    , or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in
    application development
    or
    database support
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power Apps
    ,
    Power Pages
    , and
    Power Automate
    .
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the
    oil and gas industry
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Python
    ,
    C++
    , or
    Java
    for automation and integration.
  • Understanding of
    data modeling
    and
    process improvement
    .

Additional Details

  • Interview process includes reviewing applications you've developed.
  • Opportunity to convert to
    full-time employment
    .
  • Flexible on experience level (minimum Level 3).
  • Must be ready to interview
    ASAP
    (before Thanksgiving).

Compensation:

$47/hr to $49/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
