Job description:

As a Sales Representative at Heiland & Company, you'll set and close appointments while building genuine relationships with prospective clients. Guided by our values — Integrity, Excellence, and Purpose Driven — you'll communicate with clarity, care, and confidence.

You'll own your pipeline, turning conversations into opportunities and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to growth and impact. If you're driven, consistent, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently and Proactively make outbound calls to potential prospects
  • Maintain a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
  • Coordinate with sales manager on optimizing the sales process
  • Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time
  • Understand, meet and exceed targets, key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Available Mon-Sat to hit call target, email nurture, and prospect if need be
  • Attend one training/feedback session per week with sales coach
  • Prospect and research client's website, IG/FB page to tailor outbound messaging

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1YR experience in an SDR/BDR role (Consulting, Coaching or Tech sales preffered)
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: You create opportunities and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Consistency: Are routine driven and consistent (this is a requirement)
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional over the phone, Excellent at building rapport
  • Driven Closer: You love winning and thrive on closing deals
  • Hungry to Learn: You're always looking for ways to improve and succeed.

Compensation:

  • Starting Pay: $16.50/hr + commission
  • Uncapped Potential: $50,000 - $500,000 Based on Performance (Uncapped)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
  • Optional Saturdays available for additional sales.

Location:

  • Hybrid: (Remote / In-person) depending on performance, preference and goals.
