We are looking for a Full-time Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to support our growing litigation practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property cases, employment litigation, and regulatory investigations.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting
- Active bar membership in good standing in WASHINGTON
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Assist in case strategy development and implementation
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and production
- Participate in client meetings and communications
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends
- Contribute to business development efforts and firm marketing initiatives
- Mentor junior associates and summer associates as needed
