Full-Time/Part-Time Position

Indulge Catering Company, the exclusive food & beverage partner of the Bradley Symphony Center, is seeking a reliable, efficient, and growth-oriented Chef to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to advance within a family-owned company, contribute to building strong kitchen systems, and be part of a dynamic, creative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Execute high-quality dishes for pre-show dining (Sound Bites), buffets, and catered events.
  • Follow and help refine kitchen SOPs, prep guides, and portion standards.
  • Maintain consistency in presentation, flavor, and portioning every time.
  • Support daily prep, batch cooking, and event production with efficiency and organization.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant with all health and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate product needs, waste concerns, and improvement ideas proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and leadership team to streamline systems and processes.
  • Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (banquet or catering experience is a plus).
  • Highly efficient, organized, and consistent with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who wants to grow within our company and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Experience with kitchen organization, labeling, storage, and waste reduction.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • A collaborative communicator who works well in a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
