Graphic Design Position
Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer capable of transforming concepts into effective visual communications across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in current design software, understands branding and marketing principles, and can translate written or verbal direction into clear, engaging designs. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, consistent execution of brand standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Produce high-quality print and digital assets that support business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine deliverables.
- Create visual solutions that clearly communicate project goals and messaging.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
- Work independently and collaboratively with marketing, programming, and other departments.
- Maintain organized design, photo, and video asset libraries.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated creativity supported by a diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); XD; and video post-production tools.
- Experience with print and digital design workflows.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and core design principles.
- Proficiency with photo-editing and image optimization software.
- Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain and organize internal databases for design assets, photography, and video.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and additional Adobe applications.
- Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for visual detail.
- Advanced digital design skills, including UI/UX.
- Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print, and web design.
- Experience in preparing files for various output formats.
- Strong visual and technical problem-solving abilities.

You will join a small, highly collaborative team working on complex, high-impact projects. This role offers meaningful involvement in all stages of the creative process and the opportunity to contribute directly to project strategy and execution.
This is a non-exempt position. Compensation: $61,152.00/yr. Wages will be paid on an hourly basis, based on a standard 40-hour workweek - 36 hours at $28 per hour and 4 hours at $42 per hour.
