About the Role
As a Call Center Representative with GHJ Search and Staffing, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing professional support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
This remote position offers the opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships while working from the comfort of your home. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide product information and service assistance
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service
Operations & Support
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meet personal and team performance metrics
Quality & Improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Provide feedback on process improvements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Technical Competencies
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools
