We are currently hiring for Front Half/Back Half positions. Meaning you would either work a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, or a Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a 12 or 13 hour shift. This gives our staff the opportunity to have a great work/life balance. With only working 3 days per week, you will have 208 out of 365 days per year equaling 57% of your year off We offer very stable employment opportunities with 36 hours per week as full time status.
Starting wage is $20.00 per hour for hours worked Monday 12:00am-Friday 11:59pm. We pay our staff a premium wage(time and a half) to work weekend hours which entail hours worked from Saturday at 12:00am-Sunday at 11:59pm. Premium hourly wage would then be $30.00 per hour making your average hourly wage $23.33
The following positions are currently open:
#341- Positive Behavior Supports- Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
#6204- Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 8am-9pm
#604- Overnight Virtual Support Staff- Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 7pm-7:30am and every other Wednesday 7pm-7:30am.
#6907- Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 6am-7pm.
#7006- DSP- Mobile- Works directly with Workforce Coordinator to cover openings in all locations.
Benefits for full time employees after completion of 60 day Orientation Period include:

Holiday pay- receive 8 hours of regular rate of pay for each of the 8 holidays. If you work on a holiday and it falls during the week, you will receive time and a half. If the holiday falls on a weekend, you will receive double pay Also, student loan forgiveness, paid training, approved mileage is reimbursed at current mileage rate, and free hot meal (depending on work location).
QualificationsQualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic fluency in oral and written English.
- Must successfully complete and maintain Medication Administration training certification.
- Ability to stand for up to 2 hours while administering medications.
- Ability to take medications to a person not willing or able to receive medications in designated med room.
- Has computer experience and is comfortable with navigation with technology.
- Pass qualifying criminal background checks which includes motor vehicle driving records.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening. Upon hire, employees are subject to reasonable suspicion testing per Aspire Inc.'s Drug Free Workplace Policy.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, kneel, squat, climb stairs, push/pull wheelchairs, etc.
Licenses/Required Testing:
A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability is required upon hire. Must have a safe driving record, have at least 3 years of driving experience if under the age of 21, and be insurable under our insurance.
Employees must successfully complete all required agency training in the required time allotted, and recertify annually.
