Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Front Desk Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, managing reception desk duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with inquiries. The role includes clerical responsibilities, coordinating with other staff services, maintaining a professional appearance of the lobby, and providing extraordinary customer service to enhance the overall resident experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a professional on-site setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or residential services is preferred
