Who we're looking for

We are seeking a Tax Content Analyst who is passionate about taxes, finance, and technology. This is a mid-level role, perfect for someone who wants to grow their writing career in the tax and Fintech space. You will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and authoritative tax-related articles, blog posts, and product-led content pieces that educate and convert our audience.

You're the kind of person who:

• Has a genuine interest in taxes, finance, and technology, and enjoys making these topics easier for others to understand.
• Can quickly learn new tax terms, concepts, and industry jargon, and explain those topics in a simple, reader-friendly way.
• Brings creativity to content writing while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Enjoys experimenting with product-led storytelling, turning product features and benefits into content that educates and converts.
• Has a basic understanding of SEO (or is eager to learn) and knows how to write content that performs well on search engines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can manage multiple projects, and meets deadlines consistently.

What you'll be doing

• Research, outline, and write blog posts, articles, and thought-leadership pieces on U.S. federal and state tax topics.
• Simplify complex tax terminologies and concepts into engaging, easy-to-read content.
• Assist in creating product-led content (e.g., tutorials, how-to guides, and case studies) that highlight the value of our tax platform.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to test features and translate insights into educational content.
• Apply basic SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Stay up-to-date with tax law updates, industry trends, and Fintech developments.

What makes you a good fit

• Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Understanding of U.S. tax concepts, terminology, and compliance.
• Prior experience writing tax-related content (blogs, articles, or academic work) is a plus.
• Familiarity with product-led content writing in Fintech or SaaS is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content marketing.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
