As a Client Service Relationship Manager on the Collateral Administration team, you will serve as the key liaison between Siepe and our clients, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust in all aspects of collateral and credit management. You'll oversee complex financial transactions, guide a high-performing client service team, and deliver timely, data-driven reporting that meets both client and regulatory standards. This role combines technical financial expertise with relationship management, requiring someone who can balance analytical precision with exceptional client communication.

What You'll Be Doing

  • The ability to read and interpret all governing deal and credit documents.
  • Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties.
  • Manage transactions and ensure all notifications are actioned accordingly.
  • Resolve complex credit transactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely deliverables and client communication.
  • Proactively manage daily workflow through client understanding and service level agreements.
  • Complies and enforces standard policies and procedures.
  • Design efficient quality control metrics.
  • Establish performance targets.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and development.
  • Create reporting specifications from governing documents.
  • Model payment calculations for various reporting platforms.
  • Generate and review various types of client reporting.
  • Effectively manage a growing client base.
  • Oversee, manage, and train a client service team.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in structured finance, collateral administration, loan servicing, or a related financial operations role.
  • Deep understanding of credit documents, deal structures, and financial reporting processes.
  • Proficiency with financial modeling, Excel, and reporting platforms; experience with system-based workflows and data integrity controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial agreements and translate them into actionable workflows.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
