Job Description SummaryEngineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Job DescriptionResponsibilities

  • Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions including aggressive scrap reduction, and overseeing successful implementation into production.

  • Leverage advanced technology solutions to monitor & improve productivity, while ensuring customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification. Responsible for determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.

  • Develop new process and workstation designs to reduce cycle time and support the lean manufacturing initiative.

  • Provide Technical support to troubleshoot production processes and equipment

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering or related technical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity

  • Previous Project Experience

  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization

  • OMLP/ETLP graduate

  • Greenbelt certification
