As a Dishwasher at Slackwater, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant. This position ensures that all items are cleaned efficiently to support the kitchen staff and maintain a smooth workflow.
Must be able to obtain a Utah Food Handler's certification within 14 days of hire date and maintain throughout employment.
Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Sort and rinse soiled dishes, utensils, and cookware before loading them into the dishwasher.
Monitor the washing cycles and ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met.
Other duties as assigned.
