Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menu information and recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
