A Large-Scale Community Association is seeking Full and Part Time Public Safety Security Officers responsible for the daily patrol of Association property.

Job Duties:

  • Enforce the rules and regulations of the association, including but not limited to traffic calming efforts.
  • Conduct amenity checks on all association facilities, noting any unlocked doors and secure property as directed to prevent any type of loss, accident, injury, or safety violation.
  • Open, close and secure all association facilities in accordance with established times and procedures.
  • Provide property security by performing patrols throughout the community on a regular basis and complete timely security reports.
  • Respond to conflicts, medical and operational emergencies, or natural disasters in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Serve as liaison to emergency response professionals
  • Position requires working a rotating schedule that is varied and may include holidays.
  • Must be highly motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year professional experience in security or public safety.
  • Must have an active Act 235 certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Wage commensurate with experience.
