Now, we're looking for motivated, outgoing Directors who love being in the action - coaching, supporting other coaches, and ensuring every child leaves with a smile and a sense of accomplishment.

This part-time position offers flexibility, leadership experience, and a chance to make a direct impact in your community.

What You'll Do

You'll set the tone - not from an office, but from the field. As a Director, you'll coach, coordinate, and keep the team running smoothly while creating memorable experiences for kids and families.

• Coach groups of young athletes through engaging, skill-based lessons using Skyhawks' proven curriculum
• Support and mentor fellow coaches, offering guidance, feedback, and encouragement
• Oversee daily program flow, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule
• Connect with parents and families, answering questions and building positive relationships
• Step into different roles as needed, leading stations, filling in for coaches, or roaming between groups to keep quality high
• Bring energy and focus to every session, making sure every participant feels included, challenged, and celebrated

Who You Are

You're someone who:

• Naturally takes charge and keeps things organized — even in a fast-paced environment
• Connects easily with kids, parents, and teammates
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every situation
• Is comfortable guiding others but still loves being hands-on
• Is dependable, proactive, and adaptable
• Has some experience coaching, teaching, or leading youth programs (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week

• We are primarily working with kids ages 2-6. Would you be comfortable working with these age groups?
• We are offering programs Thursdays and Saturdays during the early afternoon/evening time slots. Would you be available during these days and times?

Work Location: On the road
