About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and digital strategy. In this role, you will lead our marketing initiatives across content, social media, campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement. You will play a key part in shaping Be Belong's voice, driving brand awareness, and supporting growth across our multifamily network.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, paid media, content creation, or brand strategy who is excited to contribute to a fast-growing startup transforming community engagement.

Responsibilities


• Build and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, and email channels


• Create high quality content for social media, paid campaigns, community engagement, and brand storytelling


• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms


• Support resident engagement initiatives through content, promotions, and community activations


• Work closely with product and business development teams to support campaigns and partnership initiatives


• Track and report performance, engagement, and campaign results


• Strengthen the Be Belong brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels

What We're Looking For


• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital advertising, tech, real estate, or high growth startups


• Strong skills in content creation, paid media, copywriting, and campaign management


• Experience managing social media channels and brand presence


• Understanding of performance metrics, data driven decision making, and audience targeting


• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills


• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast growing environment
