Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator for SAGE Brands will be well versed in all SAGE Brands product lines, provide

quotations and product recommendations to sales agents, review and release sales orders with the

logistics and purchasing team while actively managing projects from order entry to fulfillment.

We are looking for candidates that are passionate about lighting, teamwork and growth while

demonstrating a strong sales, project management and lighting background. This position will be critical to

the success of SAGE and will help grow the brand in markets across the country.

Responsibilities

INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAGE Brands products, capabilities and resources.
  • Prepare customer Quotes and recommend SAGE Brands products when necessary.
  • Maintain strong and supportive relationships with rep agencies, customers and coworkers.
  • Negotiate and cooperate with suppliers to satisfy customer requirements and promote sales growth.
  • Review customer Purchase Orders and prepare Sales Orders for purchasing and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate labeling and packaging with product suppliers according to SAGE Brands requirements and Brand Standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and SAGE logistics + purchasing team to successfully manage orders through project completion.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and other means of communication effectively.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2+ years in the lighting industry.
  • Quotations and/or Project Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Managing multiple projects, tasks and customer expectations, often with competing deadlines.

SOFTWARE (PREFERRED)

  • NetSuite (or similar ERP system)
  • Microsoft Office Applications
