Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Allstate Licensed Producer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while promoting insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and a passion for helping clients find the right coverage to meet their needs. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Allstate insurance sales is preferred. With current P&C licenses.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing client interact
