Job Summary

We at Enlive Health, are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support clinical staff mainly in the patient's home. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our patients receive respectful, personalized care that promotes comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
  • Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately
  • Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments
  • Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and use of medical equipment including catheters and wound care supplies
  • Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection post-operatively and otherwise
  • Document patient interactions thoroughly and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Experience

  • Prior experience working as a CNA is a plus whether home health care, long term facilities or acute care
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and basic life support (BLS) certification is required
  • Willing to travel to patients' homes
  • Hands-on experience providing care to diverse populations
  • Familiarity with infection control practices such as aseptic technique and infectious disease care protocols including proper hand-washing
  • Ability to work effectively in the home & community care settings
