Responsibilities of a Sales Representative

  • Connect with customers in person to discuss their wireless needs and recommend tailored products and services
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and engaging way
  • Provide exceptional service through every step of the sales process, from introduction to closing the sale
  • Track customer interactions and sales results to ensure goals are consistently met
  • Keep up with the latest industry updates, promotions, and service offerings to remain a trusted resource for customers
