Description:

Verdigree Collective is a renovation contractor specializing in historic restorations offering a full specturm of services from demolition through trim and shop work. This is a full time job with a minimum of 40 hours a week. Verdigree is hiring a project manager to team lead our construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Our work is design driven and complex. Verdigree does both general contracting and subcontracting (commercial only)

A Project Manager will oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement and client communications while ensuring the field team has what they need to excute tasks safely. Please visit our website to see past project we have taken on.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage active projects, often several at a time
  • Manage daily job progress, schedules and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, inspections and permitting
  • Review drawings and resolve technical questions with design and construction teams
  • Track change orders and project receipts
  • Support field crew(s)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience managing construction projects
  • Consistent and stable work ethic
  • Must be able to read construction documents
  • Strong grasp of sequencing, scope and all parts of a construction process
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with RFI's, Submittals, Pay Apps and change order processes
  • Clean drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Computer skills and ability to learn different platforms as needed
  • Good attitude
  • 30hour OSHA is helpful

Projected Total Compensation: $85, $115,000.00 per year
