Location: Knoxville, Farragut, Lenoir City, Loudon, Oak Ridge, Alcoa, Maryville, Sevierville, Gatlinburg

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour

Neat Home Cleaning Company is looking for experienced residential and commercial cleaners to join our team We provide both standard and deep cleaning services for houses, short term rentals, apartment complexes, offices, commercial spaces, and warehouses, ensuring each space is thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas
  • Deep clean units, houses, warehouses, and high-traffic spaces as needed
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas
  • Restock amenities in short term rentals
  • Remove trash, debris, and maintain overall cleanliness
  • Conduct floor care, including scrubbing, mopping, spot cleaning etc.
  • Handle move-in/move-out and post-construction cleanings
  • Follow safety and cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with management team

Requirements:

Professional cleaning experience (at least one year of professional experience preferred)

Must have reliable transportation to job sites

Provide own cleaning supplies and equipment

Ability to pass a background check

Immediate availability to begin taking on clients

Strong work ethic, communication, attention to detail, and reliability
