Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - US Immunology supporting the US Immunology Commercial team. This position is based in Horsham, PA.

The US Immunology portfolio currently includes STELARA, TREMFYA , IMAAVY, REMICADE, SIMPONI ARIA, and SIMPONI brands. This role supports the US Immunology franchise and partners closely with business leaders in all Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Immunology GI Franchise supporting TREMFYA. In addition, this role will provide support for operating expenses and will work closely with the Marketing organization to develop strategies to fund these initiatives.

Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), Brand Marketing teams, Sales Leadership and Medical Affairs is essential for success. Additional responsibilities include sales consolidations & reporting, support of forecast cycles, quarterly close processes, managing financial risks & opportunities, Investor Relations reporting, Integrated Business Planning, return on investment analysis, and special projects. Strong partnership with extended finance teams, including Gross to Net, Pricing, FP&A and Global Services, will be required.

This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
• The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• The position is based in Horsham, PA with opportunity to work from Titusville, NJ when necessary (may require up to 10% domestic travel)
