Our client is seeking experienced brand and marketing professionals to join the Brand organization
in New York City to support brand strategy and delivery of employer brand campaigns internationally. This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates with a background in delivering high profile brand campaigns to grow their career within an in-house Brand team. You will draw upon your knowledge of campaign management, project management, production and agency management to execute effective solutions to achieve key priorities. Your success will be driven by your experience as a seasoned brand manager as well as your ability to work well with others and thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Role: Brand Manager, International Brand
Duration: January - September 2026
Location: New York, In-Person
Hours/Week: 40 hrs/week
Hourly Rate: $80/hr
Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with internal marketing teams that are rooted in trust and provide the guidance and support needed to deliver effective campaigns
- Use previous experience in agency selection, project management and production to deliver campaigns with confidence, managing workflow, deliverables and feedback to meet creative,timing and budget expectations
- Guide agency partners and internal creative teams to develop 360 degree campaigns that communicate our story to target audiences, aligning with business and marketing objectives
- Develop and execute upon brand experience and creative guidelines to ensure the brand shows up consistently across all customer touchpoints
- Work with Insights, Content, Creative and internal client teams to develop compelling assets that resonate with our target audiences
- Provide creative feedback that pushes the boundaries of what is expected, while staying within brand guidelines
- Partner with internal business and legal teams to proactively guide projects through internal systems and processes to ensure a smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities
- Use metrics and analytics to drive campaign performance
- Present strategy, creative and tactics to senior leadership for feedback and/or approval
- Build relationships with creators across the company to support their efforts and ensure we are telling the best brand story possible
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience with focus on brand strategy, marketing communications, and/or advertising execution
- Experience working with highly matrixed, international organizations is ideal
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively with global stakeholders
- Strong understanding of and experience in campaign/creative development, production and executional best practices
- Eager to learn, respect and understand cross regional nuances to form a truly global strategy
- Strategic, innovative thinker, with ability to influence and problem solve on the fly; excels in a dynamic, fast paced and fluid environment to meet deadlines
- Willingness to join early morning and evening calls as needed to collaborate with global colleagues
- Performance-driven marketer with an ability to drive efficient and effective campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Excellent project management, written communication and analytical skills
- Organized and detail-oriented is a must
- Occasional international travel may be required
