Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Director located in Wakefield. The Admissions Director will oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficient management of inquiries, evaluations, and admissions documentation. Responsibilities include building relationships with referral sources, providing outreach and education about the facility's services, managing census development, coordinating pre-admission assessments, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new residents and families. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support a seamless transition into the facility.
