As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR manager with various administrative tasks and projects. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources. Must have three years of office experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel formulas, and also Adobe Pro or Word fill-in form creation experience.

Duties

Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings. Create new hire forms, put together employee files, and file documents. Create new fill-in forms. Perform audits. Create spreadsheets. Perform data entry. Provide general administrative clerical support to the HR manager. Utilize the HR software system Paycor.

Experience

- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred, but not required.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy. Maintains confidentiality.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
