We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Trainer / Behaviorist to join our growing team. This role involves working hands-on with dogs to support training, address behavioral challenges, and contribute to a holistic, enrichment-focused environment centered on animal well-being and trust.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to grow their own client base while working out of a beautifully curated space in a prime location, with full access to our location and built-in exposure to an engaged community of dog parents.

What You'll Do

  • Provide private and small-group training sessions
  • Address behavioral concerns such as reactivity, anxiety, leash manners, and socialization
  • Work closely with dogs in daycare and boarding to reinforce positive behaviors
  • Educate and support pet parents with guidance, follow-ups, and training plans
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure consistency and care across services

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in dog training and/or behavior modification
  • Strong knowledge of canine behavior, body language, and positive reinforcement methods
  • Confident handling dogs of various sizes, temperaments, and energy levels
  • Professional, reliable, and communicative with clients
  • Passionate about animal welfare and building meaningful relationships
