What You'll Do

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process with professionalism.

  • Accurately document service needs and provide precise estimates.

  • Act as the communication link between customers and technicians.

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services that keep vehicles performing their best.

  • Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational ability in a busy service environment.

  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles and dealership service processes is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a company-acceptable driving record.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Must be able to type.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance.

Education

  • High School diploma or GED

Eeperience

  • 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred.
  • Experience using Tekion Dealer Services Software is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes, and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain conditions. They will also be required to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.
